We answer 24/7 across Memphis and Shelby County
What we do
The work we do
Our days are spent on roofs across Memphis: tracing leaks back to the boot or flashing that let them in, putting storm-lifted shingles back down, replacing roofs that have reached the end of their life, and inspecting roofs for buyers, sellers and insurance claims. Commercial buildings get the same attention, with low-slope membranes, drains and coatings.
We work this way because a roof is a system, and the part that failed is usually small. Finding it, showing it to you and fixing it properly is most of the job, whether the answer turns out to be a repair or a new roof.

Services
What we work on

Our 33 roofing and exterior services fall into six groups: storm and emergency work, repairs and leaks, replacement and installation, inspections and maintenance, commercial roofing, and exteriors. The roofing services page explains each one, with the process, the cost factors and the local details that matter here.
If you are not sure which one fits, a phone call is the quickest way to find out. Describe what the roof is doing and we will tell you where to start.

Photos with every visit
Every slope, the flashing and the attic are photographed, and the pictures come to you whether or not any work follows.
A straight answer on repair or replace
When a repair will do, we say so, even when a new roof would be the larger job.
Materials named in writing
The shingle, membrane or metal product, the underlayment and the flashing are listed on the estimate.
A clean site
Nails swept with a magnet, debris hauled off, and gutters cleared of anything the work dropped into them.
Honest limits
If an address is too far for us to reach quickly, or a job is outside what we do, we tell you up front.

Our guides
Who writes our roofing guides

The guides on this site are written by Cora Padgett, our Roofing Guides Editor. They answer the questions homeowners ask when they call, from what a new roof costs to what to do in the first fifteen minutes of a leak, and they use published local figures and rules where those matter.
Every guide shows the month it was last updated. Read the roofing guides.
